We are the only BMW Certified body shop in the tri-state area. JMK started
out as a body shop 40 years ago.  The dealership has grown to be one of the most
well known on the east coast and is the first to be honored as a BMW Certified
Collision Repair Center.  There are currently 30 shops in the U.S. to achieve this status.

All estimates are gladly done free of charge. You are not required to get more than one
estimate for any insurance company. The only estimate that matters is the one from the
shop you choose to perform your repairs. All estimates are for visible damage only, as there
may be more hidden damage.

Our repairs are warrantied for as long as you own the car on labor.

Paint is covered for as long as you own the car by the paint manufacturer- Standoxx

Parts are covered by the manufacturer under their guidelines. BMW covers replacement
parts for 2 yrs from the date of install and SAAB is 1 yr from date of install.

What if my insurance estimate is lower than yours?
It always is, insurance companies insure vehicles. We are the professionals of repairing
them. We will negotiate with your insurance company to get all the monies required to
repair your vehicle back to manufacturers specifications

Am I entitled to a free loaner car ?
Unfortunately, we are such a large shop that we can not supply loaner cars to our
customers. Most insurance policies will cover a rental car. You will need to find out how
much daily coverage you are entitled to under your policy. We have an enterprise office
on our premise, and they can direct bill most insurance companies.

How is payment arranged for my claim?
We do have direct pay arrangements with a few insurance companies. If your vehicle is
financed or leased, it will have a lienholder on it and it is your responsibility to have it
endorsed before your repairs are done unless the lienholder is BMW financial services or
Saab financial. All other payments from your insurance company payments would be sent
to the owners home address.
